The Wescott Ridge Homeowners Association instruments vest responsibility for setting policies and admistering the Homeowners Association with the Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors sets policy, approves contracts, adopts the annual operating budget and adopts the rule and regulations.  As indicated in the Bylaws there will be at least five (5) Directors on the Board.
