The Greens Board of Directors is responsible for governing all aspects of the Association. The Board of Directors sets policy, approves contracts, adopts the annual operating budget and adopts the rules and regulations for the Association.
There are three (3) appointed positions that make up the Board of Directors: President, Vice President/Secretary, Treasurer. The appointed positions are elected for staggered terms as follows:
- President - one (1) year term;
- Vice President/Secretary - two (2) year term;
- Treasurer - three (3) year term.
Even though the Governing Documents do not specifically mention committees, the Board of Directors may find it useful to appoint committees to assist them in their duties. The Board of Directors may appoint other committees that provide an important means of involving owners in the affairs of the Assocation. |
