The Board of Directors of the FCRA manages all the business and affairs of the Association. The Board of Directors set policy, approves contracts, adopts the annual operating budget and adopts the rules and regulations for this Association. Specifically the Board will:
- Establish the length of the swim season and the hours of operation;
- Select and review the method of operation including the selection of any pool operator and/or pool maintenance contract;
- Select insurance coverage;
- Promulgate rules and regulations for use and operation;
- Establish user and guest fees for Non-members;
- Review the adequacy of maintenance;
- Perform any other functions required by the Members.
