About community room:
The community room is utilized monthly by each of the six community association boards (and their committees) that comprise the membership and meet regularly.  Additionally, rental arrangements can be made by the following members:

• Lot/Unit owners in the Wescott Ridge HOA which includes:
•  the Courts at Wescott Ridge
•  the Greens at Wescott Ridge
• the Wescott Ridge Townhomes
• Ridgetop Common HOA
• Parkside HOA.

Rental:
To rent the community room, you must be an owner, in good standing (fees paid in full with no violations outstanding).
