Please remember that this site is voluntarily maintained by your neighbors and the homeowners in your own Association on their personal time.. You can normally expect an answer to your requests within 24 hours, if your request was submitted during regular business hours.  If you submitted your request on a weekend or holiday, you should receive an answer by the end of the next business day.

Content corrections or updates

If you need help with getting the content changed; updates; non-functioning links or other similar problems, please select  the Site Administrator to send an email to the appropriate contact. You should have an answer within 24 hours.

Site Malfunctioning

If you believe that the site is malfunctioning, you can send an email to Legum & Norman Technical Support, or you may call them at 703/848-4356 between the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. Emails will be answered the same or the next business day. Telephone calls outside of the posted hours will be answered the following day.
