HOA - Management & Fees

You monthly fee is based on a yearly operations and reserve budget approved by the Board of Directors each year. 

  • Questions on Amount Due or Payments - Specific questions about your payment history may be answered by calling the Legum and Norman Communications Center at 703.600.6000, where a communications representative will be happy to assist you.

  • Communications Center Hours:
    • Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am. To 5:00 p.m.
    • Friday - September through May (9:00 am to 3:00 p.m.)
    • Friday – Memorial Day through Labor Day (9:00 am to 1:00 p.m.)

  • E-mail of Account History - For a full review and understanding of your payment history and monthly fee-charges/payments, you can ask a communications representative to e-mail to you an “Account Payment History” for your account.  Ask for a complete history detail that will provide you with the history since you settled/purchased your unit.

  • Collections/Attorney - If you unit has been referred to the attorney due to a past-due delinquency on your account, you may be referred (provided with a phone number) directly to the attorney until your account has been made current.

  • Questions About Your Fee Monthly & What it Pays For - Questions pertaining to the association fees can be understood by:
    • Reviewing the budget mailed to all owners sometime in December; 
    • Attend a Board meeting to learn more about your community association.
