Article X of the Declaration gives the Board of Directors the authority to appoint committees to assist them. 

The Wescott Ridge Homeowners Association has established the following committees:

• Architectural Rules, Covenants, and Landscaping Committee (ARCLC)

• Watershed Committee -
  
  • Coordinates watershed clean-ups about once a year for the entire community.
