The Townhomes located within Wescott Ridge fall within/under the direction of the Master Association.  There are 174, one and/or two car garage townhomes in Wescott Ridge.  The townhomes in Wescott Ridge are broken into two categories;

• Wescott 18’s - which contain 2 models:
  • ‘Jefferson’ (end unit)
  • ‘Belfair’ (interior unit)

• Wescott 20’s - which contain 3 models:
  • ‘Woodley’ (end unit)
  • ‘Burgess’ (interior unit)
  • ‘Astaire’  (interior unit with kitchen on first floor)

All models are three floors in total consisting of open floor plans and several have bump-outs for extra space.
