The Wescott Ridge Homeowners Association, aka the "Master HOA", is the master association governing the entire community of Wescott Ridge.  Its primary function is to govern and maintain those parts of Wescott Ridge that are intended to serve and benefit all residents, i.e. "common areas".  The townhomes located within Wescott Ridge also fall within/under the direction of the master association.

All owners of residential property are members of the Wescott Ridge Homeowners Association, and if they live in a condominium building, they are also members of a Condominium Association.

The Wescott Ridge Homeowners Association does not regulate those actions taken by the individual condominium (Courts of Wescott Ridge and Greens of Wescott Ridge) Homeowners Associations and those specific condominium areas that they regulate.

The overriding objective of the Homeowners Association is to administer the affairs of the overall community in a manner consistent with the safety and well being of owners, residents and leases of the properties within Wescott Ridge.
