The Fairfax Center Recreation Association, Inc. (FCRA) is a non-stock corporation whose primary function is to provide for the management, maintenance and care of the Recreation Facility.  The Recreation Facility includes the swimming pool, tot lot, community room and any other improvements that will be constructed within the Recreation Facility property.

The members of the FCRA are:

• the Wescott Ridge Homeowners Association;
• the Ridgetop Homeowners Association; and
• the Park Side at Fairfax Center Homeowners Association.
