The Courts at Wescott Ridge Condominium Association, Inc. is a non-stock corporation, the members of which are all owners of units within the Courts property.  It's primary function is to govern and maintain the parts of the Courts property that are intended to serve and benefit all residents, owners, and tenants.

The Condominium Association is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and replacement of all the "Common Elements" (including structural replacement of "Limited Common Elements") as defined in the Declaration.
